Items on UVelsi are shipped directly by the independent sellers and designers who list them. Because each seller manages their own fulfilment, exact carriers, costs, and delivery times vary by seller and destination.
This policy explains the general shipping standards we expect of every seller and what you can rely on as a buyer. The precise shipping cost and estimated delivery time for your order are always shown at checkout before you pay.
02Order Processing
Sellers are expected to dispatch orders promptly after the order is confirmed. The handling time for your order — and any longer lead time for made-to-order or personalised pieces — is shown on the listing and at checkout before you pay.
You will receive an update as your order moves from confirmed to dispatched. Order statuses in your dashboard reflect the real fulfilment state — an order is only marked as shipped once the seller has actually dispatched it.
03Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are set by each seller and shown clearly at checkout, calculated from the item, the shipping method, and your delivery address. Some sellers may offer free or combined shipping — this is reflected in the total before you confirm your order.
Any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes for international deliveries are generally the responsibility of the buyer and are not collected by UVelsi at checkout unless explicitly stated.
04Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and depend on the seller’s location, your destination, and the chosen carrier. Domestic and international timelines differ, and made-to-order pieces take longer to produce before they ship.
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, and peak periods can affect timing beyond a seller’s control.
05Order Tracking
Where a tracked service is used, the seller shares tracking details so you can follow your parcel to delivery. You can view the current status of every order in your dashboard, and message the seller directly with any questions.
06International Shipping
Many sellers ship internationally, but availability, cost, and timing vary by seller and country. If a seller does not ship to your region, this will be reflected at checkout.
For cross-border orders, please account for customs clearance, which can add time, and for any import duties or taxes that may be charged by your local authorities on arrival.
07Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
If your order is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or does not arrive, contact the seller first through Messages so they can help trace or resolve it. If you cannot reach a resolution, UVelsi support can step in.
Items that arrive damaged, defective, or not as described are covered by our Refund & Return Policy. Keep any packaging and take clear photos to support your claim.
